Open Meeting Wednesday 20th February

We'll be joined by Tracey Harwood from Fetchem from the Cupboard, who will be talking about her "unpackaged" and eco-friendly goods enterprise which is shortly to expand into a shop in Ashtead. The talk will be followed by refreshments and a general discussion on reducing plastic, if time permits. Start time 7.30pm. Free entry, all welcome.

Eco-Crafting Day Saturday 6th April

Join us in the St Nicolas Pastoral Centre between 10am and 3.30pm for a day of eco-crafting and make do and mend. We'll be upcycling cards, demonstrating how to make paper from scraps, repairing and upcycling jewellery, and working on make do and mend sewing and other projects - bring along your own project (no power tools please). Entry is £2.50 which includes teas and coffees. There will be a small extra charge for card and jewellery materials used. Fund-raising stall with crafts, craft materials and bric-a-brac. Drop in at any point or stay all day!
